By accessing or using the services offered by TechITAZ LLC ("TechITAZ," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, buyback quotes, device purchases, sales, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
TechITAZ provides the following services:
Quotes provided on our website are estimates only. Final prices are determined after in-person inspection of the device.
Quote Validity: Online quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of generation, subject to final inspection.
Device Condition: Final payment is based on the actual condition of the device at time of inspection. If the device differs from the stated condition, TechITAZ reserves the right to adjust or decline the offer.
Ownership: By selling a device to TechITAZ, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the device and that it is not reported lost, stolen, or subject to any liens or legal holds. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.
iCloud / Find My: All devices must have iCloud/Find My disabled prior to transaction. We do not purchase iCloud-locked devices.
Payment: We pay cash or Zelle at time of transaction. Payment is considered final.
14-Day Warranty: Devices purchased from TechITAZ include a 14-day limited warranty covering hardware and software functionality. This warranty does not cover:

As-Is Sales: Devices sold with disclosed damage or defects are sold as-is and are not covered by warranty for those disclosed issues.
TechITAZ does not knowingly buy or sell stolen or fraudulently obtained devices. We run IMEI checks on devices we purchase. Any device found to be reported lost or stolen after purchase will be surrendered to law enforcement. TechITAZ cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
TechITAZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By submitting your phone number through our website or in-person, you consent to receive text messages from TechITAZ LLC related to quotes, appointments, and transactions. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
TechITAZ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
